Grammy award winner Wez Clarke headlines the Stereotype Radio room at Taste The Punch this Easter
Luton’s very own Grammy Award Winner Wez Clarke will be back in the town for the first time since the early days of Bellini’s!
The former Hed Kandi resident DJ is now working with some of the worlds biggest acts in including Beyonce, Jess Glynne, Ed Sheeran, Rudimental and Tinie Tempah.
Recently winning a Grammy Award for best mix recording of Clean Bandit‘s ‘Rather Be’ makes this is a rare & monumental occasion to see Wez perform in such intimate settings whilst Matt Jam Lamont headlines the main room.
Stereotype Radio is run by one of our TTP resident DJ’s Nigel Clarke and provides quality underground house music shows featuring guest mixes from some of the finest homegrown and international DJ’s from around the world.
From sexy soulful house to tech house to techno, Stereotype has it covered!
They provide weekly shows on Grant Nelson‘s www.d3ep.com on Sunday nights at 10pm and Luton’s Diverse FM on Friday nights at 10pm. There room at TTP will be all about featuring the finest #localtalent.
Nigel is ex resident of the world famous El Divino nightclub in Ibiza and has been all over the world since 1992.
In the Stereotype room we also have the very talented local boy 86deep aka Neil Rumney aka Smokin Beats who had a huge UK Garage hit with their smash ‘Dreams’ on AM:PM that hit the top 40 back in the day!
He now has tracks out on Low Steppa’s Simma Black Records as well as Unique2Rhythm Records, and was also the man behind the seminal Hardcore smash N.R.G – ‘I Need Your Lovin’!
Completing the Stereotype line up is Paks, Syuss, Eastie & Relative Audio, all in the own right will dominate the turntables at any given time.
